Intelligent prototype testing on the digital twin

Endless testing and high costs – is your development slowing itself down?

Prototype testing is expensive, time-consuming, and consumes enormous resources. At the same time, long test cycles hamper the rapid optimization of products toward efficiency and sustainability. Defects are often detected too late, and their causes are difficult to identify.

Our solution

In the research project ProDiNA We are developing a digital twin that virtually maps pump prototypes and contains all relevant data. Simulations and AI algorithms enable early detection of defects, predict service life, and shorten test cycles. This conserves resources, allows for flexible testing of variants, and accelerates product development. A digital sustainability passport complements the approach: It makes material properties, recyclability, and resource use transparent and forms the basis for circular-optimized products.

We make prototype testing more efficient, sustainable, and flexible – scientifically sound and future-oriented.
