Almost 500 companies from Germany were surveyed in 2023 on how they Intrapreneurshipactivities in their company and what obstacles and challenges they had to overcome. A special focus was placed on the ICT sector. Together with the University of Bayreuth we show how successful Intrapreneurship-Programs must be designed.
