Qualifying skilled workers for the future
You want to manage the transformation to green steel production – but you lack the right skilled workers?
The steel industry is changing rapidly. New technologies, increasing environmental regulations, and the demand for green steel require skills that your company often lacks. Existing employees need to be retrained and new talent recruited – this is the only way your company can remain competitive.
Our solution
In the research project GreenSteelSkills We develop a customized qualification and continuing education concept for the steel industry. First, we assess your employees' existing skills and specifically identify the gaps that need to be filled. Based on this, we create future-proof competency profiles and design training content that is practical and individually tailored. An AI-based support system supports your employees in their learning, adapts content to their needs, and enables continuous success monitoring. This allows for targeted employee training, efficient development of skilled workers, and secure the competitiveness of your company.
We make training in the steel industry more efficient, practical, and future-oriented – scientifically sound and sustainable.
