We send newsletters, service mails and other electronic notifications (hereinafter "newsletters") only with the consent of the recipient or legal permission. We use the ticketing service provider "Eventbrite" to sell tickets for events we organize ourselves. Eventbrite Inc. is a Delaware registered company with its principal office at 95 Third Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, California, 94103 USA.

When you register for an event, Eventbrite processes the following data and passes it on to us:

In addition, Eventbrite, as the platform operator, processes so-called automatically collected data, including your IP address, characteristics of your access device/your browser and statistical data that is collected, for example, via cookies. Eventbrite will keep your data for as long as you are registered on the platform. You can delete your data by deleting your account in the Account settings be deleted by Eventbrite. Even after deletion of your personal information, it may remain on backup or archival media for a period of time for legal, tax or regulatory reasons or legitimate and lawful business purposes. We only store your data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the contract.
