Into the future with flexibility, transparency and technology
New Work
New Work and hybrid work models for all professional groups – that is our vision.
That’s why we not only conduct research in this area, but also test innovative technologies in practice. We accompany and advise our industry partners on their transformation. In this way, we create a new standard.
The shift in the world of work toward New Work is accompanied by new forms of flexible working. In this context, questions are increasingly being asked about the use, design and impact of home offices, mobile working and coworking. This is all the more true during the COVID- 19 pandemic, which has been a major driver in highlighting the needs and opportunities of new work models. It is likely that companies will increasingly test out new work models, such as the use of coworking spaces like the Fase. According to a recent study by KIENBAUM & STEPSTONE, many companies see the challenges in closing the skill gaps. That’s where we come in.
In this Deep Dive, you’ll get 11 building blocks for systematically organizing hybrid work, important structural documents, typical problem areas and solution approaches, and useful tools.
Increasing digitization and hybrid work models are leading to new concepts such as the use of a coworking space. This allows companies to live open innovation and leverage synergies with other companies or service providers and work flexibly on shared content. This is proactively supported by an onboarding process in the Fase coworking space to facilitate access to the latest infrastructure and the application of innovative working methods.
The 1:1 Coaching Hybrid Work consulting provides expertise on specific areas of hybrid work from the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institute’s toolbox. Identification of problem areas and guidance on how to quickly solve them or derive measures.
